Can you help me find one? For someone born in 1953... The kind you see in nice garden centres! Just can't find online...Tia
What do you mean? A book from 1953?
Not a garden centre book but Toast by Nigel Slater is lovely . Full of food memories from the 50s . I loved it and so has anyone else I have lent of to . ( I was born in 1951 )
Of to ???? IT to obviously .
London based " I 'll tell your mother Bill Bailey" was also good and the " call the midwife " book Jenny Lee were set in early 50s . Don't know about photo type books but there must be some out there .
