Filling and healthy is now called No Count. A good rate of weight loss to aim for is between 0.5lb and 2lbs a week. Your weight loss will obviously be affected by your activity levels and portion sizes. Remember to track your weeklies if you eat any No Count foods.

I would be really unhappy with half a pound weight loss in a whole week!
