Weight Watchers

If you opened a weightwatchers cafe, what would be on your menu?

I've just had a home-made falafel burger, tzatziki and salad in pita bread with Butternut squash chips. It works out as 9 points and was lovely.

If I opened a WW cafe, this would be on my menu as well as Aubergine rolls with spinach and ricotta: www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2248649/aubergine-rolls-with-spinach-and-ricotta.

What would you serve?

Ooh I'd come to your cafe!

Mine would have gazpacho, regular & Ottolenghi's green (with less oil).
Nachos, made with baked tortlillas and some ww-friendly sour cream substitute I've not worked out yet.
Cauliflower pizza (never tried it but I want it!).
Pavlova, made with quark.

I've thought for ages that a WW restaurant would be amazing!!! I would serve moussaka, venison burgers, salmon & broccoli pasta, I also have a lovely recipe for feta & asparagus frittata, which is just YUM!! Loads of lovely soups & casseroles as well.

BeginnersLuck, total 0% fat greek yoghurt is brilliant as a sour cream sub. I use it to top off chilli or nachos.

I have done those aubergine rolls before and they are lovely!

Mains would include: Aubergine rolls with spinach and ricotta
Spaghetti carbonara
Salmon on pak choi with butternut squash chips
Steak fajitas with salsa
Pulled chicken with Kansas BBQ style sauce on crusty roll with cucumber salad

Lunch:
Baked potatoes with cream cheese and smoked salmon
Quesidilla
Tuna melt (made with wraps and cottage cheese instead of mayo)
Beans on toast!

Ooh only just realised that this thread got some replies, some lovely ideas here!

Moussaka is lovely. I'm going to cook the Hairy Dieters one this week, the recipe sounds delicious!
