Weight Watchers

Need2 lose 9lbs by the 27th september! (9lbs in 3 weeks) who's joining in?

I'm doing weightwatchers and have lost 21lbs in the last 12 weeks. Not as fast as I know I could have, but it's a fair weight loss Smile

Now going on holiday on the 27th and have decided I therefore need to have it rounded down to an even stone on my weight loss for then

So this means blitzing it for the next 3 weeks!

Who's with me in getting down to their next even stone over the next 3 weeks?

My method is a bit bizarre but has worked for me in the past.
Breakfast = fatty bacon and fried egg. (Then not hungry till lunch).
Lunch = beetroot and cottage cheese, and if at home pile of broccoli with some grated cheese
Dinner = nothing
Other = vodka and slimline tonic with lots of lemon and ice. (seems to keep off the hunger pangs). Cups of tea with full-fat milk
For me the only thing that works is having nothing 'sweet' or any kind of bread or rice or pasta, which just seems to make me want to keep eating.
hardest thing is not to snack on cheese, or drink wine.

Catherine - that is NOT enough food. You need more nutrients.

Anyway, hi all. Have just signed up for online membership. Am 13 stone 11, need to shift my spare tyre. So, I'm in!Grin

I've lost 2.5 this week but still have 5.5lbs to lose to get to thirteen and a half stone by 23rd Sept. Not sure I'll do it. I need to put some serious exercise in! I can't go too low on food or I'll feel tired and grumpy. Anyone got any tips to boost weight loss?

Hi everyone I'd love to join in just signed up online. I'm 11st11 and would love to lose 1/2 stone in 3 weeks. I'm bridesmaid tomorrow 3 weeks!! Ill tackle the rest after that. I've done ww before but need to relearn it all. Plus I've just discovered I get 7 extra pro points for breastfeeding! Are most of you following the pp or the healthy and filling plan?

Can I join. Am now desperate. Need at least a st off in 6 wks as I am on a cruise and look awful and can't fit in my clothes.
Back to ww meeting on tues for a weigh in. Not been for weeks. Was doing so well. Sob

The hunger is going, am now 5 days in and am getting used to counting again (did ww a year ago). Just getting thinking about HOW much I was eating beforeHmm.

Agree about eh butternut squash!. But beware of the sweet potato it is often put with in supermarket pre-prepped veg, avoid sweet potato! ( At least, while cutting cals.)

Thank god it's Monday! I always find the weekend so difficult when counting. Definitely could have been better but would have been a LOT worse if I wasn't trying.

Yep first week, no blowout. I did WW last year for 6 months and I remember them sometimes saying it took a week for the weight loss to catch up with you. Even so, I needed some motivation to continue FFS!! Wink
