I'm just wondering if anyone who weighs themselves at home knows of any decent scales. I'd preferably like ones that weigh In stones/lbs and I would like it if they weighed to the half pound. My scales weigh to the whole lb but sometimes jump between two whole lbs before settling on the highest, sometimes I feel like I might have lost half but my scales just round it up Sad

I've been healthy eating for a month and last week started WW I only want to lose a stone and finding it's coming off slow. I've lost half a stone so I'm half way there!!

I'd recommend Salter Scales. I've tried several sets of WW scales in the past and they've been rubbish

I have salter scales which can be kg or stones. They weigh to the nearest 1/8th of a lb!

Thanks. I've bought some salter scales and they weigh to the 1/4lb which is good. I weighed in on Sunday and I've lost a pound and half, 9 pound all together. I think I'll have gained this week, I had to go to a meal which I pp with the eat out book but I also had a chocolate or two tonight because I couldn't resist. Now I feel guilty!

I have the Salter scales. They are fantastic. Also, remember to weigh yourself at the same time of day. I only weigh myself first thing in the morning. By evening, I can weigh 3lb heavier.
