I am SO bored with omelettes and sandwiches. What do you all have for lunch?

I made a 3 bean chilli last night and had a portion on danish toast for lunch. That was 6 points. yesterday I had a tin of soup for 6 points. for breakfast today I lined a section of a muffin tin with ham and cracked an egg in then baked in the oven. I had it with, you guessed it, toast. that would make a nice lunch to. double up so its more filling. 4 points a portion with a medium egg.

Ooh, tuna! I'd forgotten one of old fave WW lunches - a tin of tuna fried up with onions, peas and curry powder. Sounds gross but I loved it... thanks for the reminder, Diamond!

Clouds, that ham & egg thing sounds a nice change from omelettes too, I will give that a go.

This might sound dull but, as an alternative to bread, I have a Matzos. Those big cracker things. They come in at 2 points & I really like them. Usually spread on some low-fat Philly. Low in points & keeps me going for a bit.

Sautéed mushrooms & garlic, in a pitta pocket (4pp)
Neep leek & garlic soup - free, unless you add a touch of Elmlea
3 x Krackawheat crackers with Phili light, w/thin chicken & cucumber (8pp)
Cup-a-soup
Tin of tuna & spring onion on 2 x ryvita (3pp)
Salmon, spring onion, soy sauce, honey baked in foil (7pp)

Tuna, onions, curry powder & peas? Sounds yummy and really low in pp. Thank you, that will be on my menu tonight after my free soup. Over-indulged today so hardly any points left.
