Im starting the Cambridge diet on Saturday...

Ive never attempted this kind of diet before so any advice or help would be much appreciated. Anyone else in the same boat?

Have you already seen a CDC? I started off on Sole Source but found it too hard to maintain (my guts aren't the most well behaved in the world ), so have switched to Sole Source Plus.

Im seeing mt CDC tonight so aim to start tomrrow if all goes well. I want to do the sole source for at least 1 week them maybe go to the plus programme.
