1 Month of Gym & Swim & no inches lost!!!

I started going to a gym a month ago, 3 times per week, with programme drawn up by trainer which does push me. 25 mins sweating on cross trainer, 15 mins huffing & puffing on bike, 10 mins on rower, 30 mins on treadmill & weights. I go swimming for 20 mins after gym session, as I don't have time for anything longer as I have to get to work.
I don't have the will power to diet exactly but i have made an effort to eat more healthy options & eat slightly less.
BUT I HAVE NOT LOST ANY INCHES AT ALL. My jeans still don't fit me and I'm still all wibbly wobbly. My arms are toned though! of all the areas of the body, my arms. Great.
Anyone else doing excercise more than dieting? how long does it take to see results? I'm fed up.
