Has anyone tried the "no diet" diet? have just got the book from the library and

it's certainly interesting. the idea is that you change your lifestyle and bad habits, continue to eat what you like and you lose 2lbs a week. seems bizaree, and I've only read the first chapter. just wondered if anyone had tried this before.

I bought it yon wednesday wile DS was in surgery - thought it was a better option than comfort eating - so I spent £30 on books in WH SMith instead!

In theory I am already trying something similar, not following a diet I am working on buildng healthy habits.

Will update if you do the same!
