Can somebody point me to the right thread please.

I have had a quick scroll through the the threads and don't know where to start.It doesn't take alot to confuse me.lol.
I really need to lose weight and get fit.
I'm 4ft 9 and 13st 10 so very over weight.
I have started a low fat diet,lots of fruit and veg.But i know i'll start cheating sooner or later.So throught i would join you lot for support.

Oh i also plan to see my gp next week,when lo's are back at school.For a check before i start exercising because i feel so unfit.

we have recently started a wobbly women thread - mainly exercise based - you are more than welcome to join us!

hey slow and steady wins the day - 2lbs a week is 104lbs in a year - that is 7.4 stones - not sure how much you want to loose but you can easily achieve 2lb's a week with sensible diet and a little extra exercise! by next Christmas you can be where you want!!

There are some other threads on here if you don't fancy the wobbly women I am sure you will find brilliant support and encouragement!

I was on this thread yesterday which directs people to this thread.

I am hoping to lose a few stone myself so I am toying with joining in but I am still not sure if I have the motivation short of spending all day staring in the mirror and being repeatedly horrified by what I can see there!

JingleyJen thanks for that i'll take a look.

I think the weight for my height should be about 8st
Don't know if i'll ever get to that,but would like to be able to get into size 12/14.At the moment i'm in size 20/22
