Hello all

I have been doing WW online for a few weeks now and would love some people to join me for some moral support!

I think it can get quite tricky navigating around the website sometimes and thinking of new recipes every week. Don't know about anyone else but so far have found the online forums not too friendly....and you can't beat MN!

I started doing WW Online at the end of August, and I have now lost about 20lb (I'm at my half-way point).

Hi ES

Well done for losing 20lb- that's amazing! Do you find that your weght fluctuates week to week though? I borrowed some WW scales and me and DP have been weighing ourselves and we seem to vary 4/5 lbs in a week!

I've been steadily losing 1-2lb per week.

Traditional Fish Pie- 5 1/2 points per serving

700g of peeled potatoes
2 large leeks
300mls skimmed milk
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
25g polyunsaturated margarine
50g plain white flour
450g skinned and boned cod
100g prawns
50g peas
salt and pepper

Cook the potatoes in boiling water. Cook the leeks in a small amount of slightly salted water for 5 mins - drain well and reserve cooking liquid.

Mash the potatoes with 2 tablespoons of milk. Make the remaining milk up to 450mls with the cooking liquid from the potatoes and leeks. Add the chopped parsley.

Put the margarine, flour and milk mixture into a saucepan and heat, whisking constantly until thickened and smooth.

Preheat the oven to 190'c

Put the cod in the bottom of a baking dish and scatter the cooked leeks, prawns and peas over the top. Pour over the sauce and scoop on the mash potatoes.

Bake in the oven until cooked and browned. Serve with point free steamed veg.
