net carbs in weetabix? and porridge?

help lplease. american websites confusing me.
i want to move on from having eggs for breakfast, but cant seem to find a value for net carbs in weetabix, or porridge, made from oats, rather than readybrek. and i've throown away the weetabix box and thew oats plastic was throuwn awaylong ago.
does anyone know please. tia

Two weetabix totals 25.7G of carbs, and that's before you add the milk......
