apparently it's only half an hour at a time, yet it burns 500 calories a pop

can't find a price though, hmmm

anyone had experience of this?what is this magic programme and how much does it cost?

i'm interested, but i'd like to know what it is before i go down there and get all the spiel,lol

oh yes, forgot to say:

it says it's 'hydraulic circuit training system' does this mean i will finally look like madonna

so, does that mean stretching the muscles out and long, so could that be achieved with one of those pilates stretchy band thingies far more cheaply? (i know, i am so cynical)

or does anyone know, is there a workout dvd that shows a similar thing?
