Can I start a new thread? Hope you don't mind.
Just had a really bad weight gain at group tonight and need a fresh start. Thought a fresh new thread would help.
After a 6lb weight loss last weeek have just had a bad weigh in with a gain of 3 1/2lb. .
So tomorrow is a new day, start of a new week and I am going to work hard at it!!!
Who wants to join me for a good week ahead?

Summer is on it's way and we are all going to look good!

Hey you guys. I'm a target member since about a month ago but have recently given up smoking and am no longer sticking to the plan. Haven't been to a session for ages as I have something else on that night for the next few weeks, so am seriously lacking in motivation!

With that in mind, could someone please let me know this weeks password so I can go and motivate myself!

Has anyone tried slimming world online without going to classes? Does it work? I have done SW before (several times), so know the plan quite well.

hiya, i had my first weigh in and only lost half a pound even though i stuck to the diet. does anyone know if the fact that my periods havent come back after my son was born 3 months ago has anything to do with it? i thought maybe because my system wasnt back to normal that it would slow down my weight loss? i only thought this becuase some people put on weight when their period was due.

wizzywig, I only lost half a pound the 1st week then lost 4 the next, one week 3, 4 on week 4, and the pattern continued. so dont give up.

Welcome Prettyfly. So how's it going everyone? I've had a bad time of it with the plan since my weigh in. Today I have been really good. Am making the Luxury Cottage Pie from the recipe in the SW magazine at the moment. Anyone tried it? Will be ready in ten mins so will let you know what I thought. Am starving and could eat everything norty right now. ....but I won't

I used low fat fromage frais for veg lasagne.

Does anyone know if quark would be nice in a lasagne?

I feel a bit low & am trying to stop myself from raiding the crisp cupboard. I had a breakaway bar the other night & near died when I saw it had 5.5syns in it!!! [After I had eaten it naturally]

Pour it in, in the place whwere you would put the white/cheese sauce in a lasagne
