Hi,

There is a wightloss show on in London in Jan 08 all about weight loss and health. I work for the company that is organising it (although I dont have anything to do with that side - I am an accountant) but anyway I was think what would people like to see at that sort of thing what would you like to know - Also the tickets will be free so I could get some if anyone was interested

Cookery classes I suppose! Maybe some celebrity chefs to draw people in and make them go "oooh" a bit, cooking healthy meals.

Exercise demonstrations, yoga, pilates, people use these for toning. Everyone knows what aerobics is - spinning? Tae Bo? More unusual activities demonstrated... dance classes as a good way of burning calories?

Different types of relaxation techniques explained - the benefits of treatments etc.

?

I'd probably be interested in coming if it was free, the Vitality one was appealing but it was about £20 to get in! Just to look at some stalls where they try and sell you something? I'm not quite sure I "get" why these events are so pricy sometimes. Are your tickets ALL going to be free or only if you work for the company? ;)
