Gonna give my diet a kick start this week. Want to lose a stone by April (is this possible?) Am currently 10 stone 11 lbs. Am 5 ft 6".
Gonna start calorie counting and just have a healthy lifestyle rather than do a drastic diet.
Any recommendations for calorie counting books?
