Recommendations for books that help develop a healthier relationship with food/body image

Hi everyone

I feel like I have a really bad relationship with food. I'm either starving myself or feeling guilty about what I've eaten, thinking I've either been 'good' or 'bad'. I'm always worrying about my weight and my mood seems to be determined by the number on the scales, I feel like it's taking over my life and I'd really like to be able to just stop worrying and feel ok about myself. Does anyone have any recommendations for books that help you to feel better about yourself, develop a better relationship with food and let go of the guilt? I'd be really grateful for any suggestions,

xxx

The happyeaters.net forum is good for chats and recommendations. Free and very supportive. They seemed to like books by Gillian Riley and others like Have Your Cake and Skinny Jeans too and various others. Into learning how to eat like a normal person without all the emotions! It's really nice there - I just haven't actually gone through the process. Gillian Riley book on my nightstand...
