What is the best exercises for thighs and legs?

The subject said it all!!

I really want to toned up my thighs and bum! I really hate my fat thighs

I'm 8.5 stone and i don't feel i need to go on a diet. I always have 3 healthy meals etc.

I have got a toddler, who is nearly 2. We go for along walks in the morning!

Any advices please!! Thanks

Body Pump classes are amazing and the best toning class you will find. Our local council run sports centre has classes almost daily.

if you can't get to classes or a gym you could try a dvd - like (gulp) Mr Motivator Legs, Bms and Tums or Davina has loads of squats and lunges that work wonders on legs - you know about it the next day!!
