I really want to toned up my thighs and bum! I really hate my fat thighs
I'm 8.5 stone and i don't feel i need to go on a diet. I always have 3 healthy meals etc.
I have got a toddler, who is nearly 2. We go for along walks in the morning!
Any advices please!! Thanks
