So I'v just recently ordered this product after seeing it advertised numerous times on tv, appeals to me because it claims to be 100% natural meal replacement.
Has anyone actually used it before? If so how have they found it.
I need to start something all I do is comfort eat atm and my body is suffering terrible for it :(
I plan to eat a nutritious breakfast hve the yokebe at lunch time then hve a nutritious dinner, obvious will have fruit etc for snacking. Tia :)
