deffo sworld easy to follow when you get the hang of it, go a class though, you get tons more hints and tips, tried it at home on my own and didnt get anywhere, lovegoing to class, have a laugh and lose weight!

I used to go to a Rosemary Conley class and it was great, I didn't feel deprived and the aerobics classes that the instructor ran were brilliant. Sadly the classes stopped when she emigrated to Australia and although I bought the dvd to keep up the aerobics side of it all it's fallen by the wayside.

I'd give my vote to Rosemary Conley too. Have tried all three & RC is the only one that really worked for me. Lost weight initially with all of them but then got 'stuck' with WW and SW. I think the exercise at RC helped. Also my DH (who doesn't need to lose weight) is following RC diet with me and enjoys the meals - just has a bigger portion.

At the end of the day it's all about personal preference & what suits you best. Good Luck!
