Drop a dress size in....two weeks (optimistic thread)

Am heading to Royal Ascot in two weeks and just ordered a dress online - never been before as essentially have been pregnant for last 8 years (4 kids). DH always goes with work and this year we promised each other that he would get a ticket for me and that I would find the childcare.

So new size 14 dress arrives today. I love it, except it doesn't fit well - basically I am a size 13 and will send it back tomorrow to exchange for a size 12.

So I have 2 weeks to drop a dress size.

Am going to drink lots of water, eat small, regular meals that are protein based, no booze and move lots.

Today I had:
breakfast
Hot lemon water
Buckwheat groats (soaked), almond milk, berries smoothie
Cup of tea
midmorning/snack
3x white coffee (skimmed milk - can't do black)
Boiled egg
Small handful of cashews
lunch
Slices of red pepper, houmous, pumpkin seeds, prawns
Afternoon snack
Banana & egg "pancake" (kids tea dessert!)
dinner
Savoy cabbage stir fry & 2 fried eggs (in small amount of olive oil)

More egg than I would usually eat!

What do you reckon my chances are?

I need to lose a dress size in 2-3 weeks too but I think you will struggle on that food plan. I would be very unsatisfied with that diet which would lead me to cheat.
