hi everyone

I am at 11.10 this week. Had a bad weekend eating - so much easier during the week without dp around. Went to gym yesterday and am supposed to go today for body pump but have to cycle and it is peeing it down!

No change for me (managed to walk off the crumpets and muffins!) this week. Thanks Fizzbuzz, I'll put your height on the chart. DT I have been thinking of you and your dd & hoping things improve very soon!

12st 8lb this week! Yay 2lbs off.

Had a filling done this morning so couldn't eat for 3 hours afterwards. So i Bought a can of slim-fast shake for lunch. I'm thinking of having one every lunch time.

fizzbuzz That will be the mini binge yesterday adding on a bit! What exercise do you do?

Think i might try out my new gym ball and DVD tonight.I wanted a bit of variety so i don't get bored with Davina.

Hello. Still haven't got any scales - I'm sorry . WILL try to get some this week (can't deny I'm worried about what they'll say!) What if I'm even heavier than I think I am? I've been more active than usual this week, with walking and cycling so that should at least cancel out all the snacking {blush], still no sign of AF either so that's a bit of a worry...
I'm ashamed you're all doing so well.... I'll start properly once I order some scales - am going to do it now, online, and will start again once I have them. Hope that's OK

13st 2lbs today! I'm very pleased with myself especially since we still have a houseful of chocolate and biscuits. When I look at cake and biscuits etc I'm trying to think about the fat that you see sucked out in liposuction articles on the tv!!

Well done Tortoise!!

Ive just eaten a banana and a big raw carrot! But what i really want is a packet of salt and vinigar crisps!
Im trying so hard not to go and get a packet. Normally i would even think about not having them so progress there!

12stone 1 3/4 for me.

Tortoise, the mini binge took place AFTER the moan about only losing 1/4 lb. .

Well done to everyone, who has managed to get some off. Sometimes it feels as if you spend your life trying to shift it, doen't it?

Dear all

Everyone whose emails I have should find the chart appearing in their inbox as I've just sent it, so let me know if not.

Pesme, I'm really sorry not to have got back to you before, thanks for letting me know about your email, I hope it reaches you this week. Also you will find that I've done a kind of Stalinist Revisionist thing on your weight loss so that it now looks as though you've been weighing yourself on the new scales all the way along, I hope that's ok! Let me know if you'd like me to reinstate it the way it was....

Well done DT!!

I've just ordered Davina McCalls Power of 3/my 30 minute workouts dvd. DH is smirking as the last 3 exercises dvds i've owned only came out of the box twice each and then went on ebay but hopefully Davina is going to banish my wobbly bum, bingo wings and jiggly tummy.

dh, i started at the end of august. porridge for breakfast, skimmed milk, no bread or processed food and obviously no cakes etc. i do eat quite heartily and have a cooked breakfast at least once a week. work out what suits you and stick to it. i exercise alot too.

DimpledThighs · 21/01/2007 10:52

sound advice - what kind of exercise suits you?

I am doing body pump, the gym and yoga but quite a stretch proritsing and fitting it all in.

Glad you eat heartily - I do too. Trying not to have bad stuf in the house but was hungry last night and had to make do with some muesli!

Thursday i did the Davina DVD with my friend. Forgot to do it today. Might try the gymball one tomorrow afternoon.

Made some yummy flapjacks and put nuts and raisins in them. Also used runny honey instead of golden syrup.I'm hoping thats a bit healthier!

Friday I made Marslady's lemon drizzle cake for the 1st time! Oh dear! Its a bit yummy! Lol
