I'm trying to lose weight (need to drop 8 stone eek!) and find that writing down what I've eaten and knowing others can see it is a good motivator. I lost weight with SW but gained it all back and more, so I'm going to do it alone by cutting down on the fizzy pop, sugar, only 1 treat a day, more fruit and veg, walking more just being healthier really. I'm quite inactive atm ut start a new job in a fortnight so that will help as I'll be running round after kids and walking a mile to and from the train station to work each day.

Anyway, today is

B - black coffee
L - beef, roast potatos, carrots, yorkshire puddings, cauli, gravy and 1 of those mini cheesecake pots
D - will e 3 jacobs crackers with cheese and some lemonade if I fancy it. May have 2 scoops ice cream too

That will take me to just about 1200 calories

B- bulletproof coffee

L- spinach with garlic olive oil, 2 rashers of bacon and lots of cheddar cheese on top!

D- I'm at DP's mercy as I'm working but will probably be chicken breast with vegetables or salad.

I've got a lot left to lose too, but I'm finding it better breaking it down into half stone targets :) good luck!

I'm doing SW. Today I've had:

B - 2 weetabix and milk.
L - sushi pack
D - was meant to be baked fish, new potatoes and peas but I feel dreadful and my throat is sore so I haven't had any thing yet.

I'd really like a big greasy pizza! But will prob settle for a cupa soup.

Had a settling in session at work which was good, very busy and active and estimated burned 400 calories as was on feet constantly, playing, chasing, lifting kids etc. Great fun (much more than the gym), so think I'll slim down when I start work.

B - 2 slices wholemeal toast with light butter, coffee with semi skimmed milk and 1 sugar

L - 2 homemade beef burgers (lean mince) in 2 wholemeal rolls with ketchup. Ice cream (small portion)

D - wholemeal roll and chicken tikka filler.

1270 calories, just realised that's a lot of bread, will do better tomorrow!
