Need better breakfasts! I always end up eating toast/cereal. I have a nurtribullet so looking for smoothie ideas that help with weight loss.

These are my current substitutes. Generally I'm trying to use veg rather than fruit to keep down sugar intake. Bit also love a pear apple in morning shake.

I'm finding the ice cream amazing as counters my cravings really well and seems indulgent

I know what you mean I made one yesterday with frozen banana, peanut butter, cocao and coconut water. It was delicious! Now just need to get some veg in!

Does anybody know how you would count the calories for a smoothie? I am trying to count calories but haven't attempted smoothies as I thought the fact you were blending them changed them as I know on diets like sw/ww smoothies can be high points.

Fruit smoothies would be high in points as you would use a lot more than if you ate whole fruit, so high sugar intake. I'm sure veg ones would be fine though! Can always add just a small bit of apple or banana to sweeten. I don't count calories but if you know how many calories are in the fruit & veg just count what you put it! Plus the liquid. I usually use coconut water, I think that's on 20kcal a serving or something
