I had my daughter in early 2013, I've always been slim thanks to my mums genes. Since having my daughter I always have a pop belly. If I eat something small my tummy will go huge and it's so embarrassing.
I try and wear high waisted jeans and leggings but you can see the line.
I have been doing Thai boxing for the last 5-6 months 2-3 times a week but my tummy looks like it's getting bigger and flabbier!
The last week I have cut most carbs out my died which is annoying because I have never been one to watch my weight. With summer coming up and so many girls (I'm 22) looking amazing I feel so much pressure. Can anyone help?
I'm 5'3 and range between 7.5 and 8 stone depending on the day and what I've eaten.
