So im very limited to what i can eat.
I have an unresolved gallbladder issue awaiting a scan, so for fear of setting off that pain again, I'm really cutting back my fat intake. Im not eating eggs, my usual go to breakfast if there's nothing else in.
I cant eat gluten, sets off my IBS or maybe I'm intolerant. As does lettuce (but not the leafier ones, only seems to be iceberg and similar), celery, seeds, beans if high consumption, peppers, and high dairy consumption.
I also can't eat much of anything too acidic, such as tomatoes or kiwi, apples, etc...
I pretty much just eat miso soup for lunch with varied protein content, either prawns or chicken, or rice cakes with cottage cheese, and dinner is usually courgetti and white fish or chicken, or a rice dish. Plenty of cooked vegetables.
But im stuck with breakfasts. I do have gluten free cereal and skim milk but it's too samey for first thing.
Any ideas?
