Diet shakes that don't have soya?

I like the idea of diet shakes and I lost 6 lb in a week but I don't like the amount of sugar in slim fast and it's got a small range of flavours. I've been looking at other ranges but most contain soya which I'm allergic to. I brought some hemp protein powder with the intention of making my own but I have no idea what to do with it so that it becomes a low calorie yet nutritional shake! Does anyone know of any shake ranges that don't use soya or some good shake recipes that are quick to make too?

I sometimes have unsweetened almond milk with chia seeds, and powdered peanut butter (which has far fewer calories). Also
Almond milk with a spoon of oats, a banana and spoon of honey.

Have a look at Go Figure which I think are similar but no sugar. I have tried them for 4 weeks and have to say seem to be working both in terms of weight loss AND not feeling hungry in the evening !
