Just ordered this assuming it was a safe vegetarian, low fat option. Looked it up on MFP and it's 817 calories. What are the calories in? The noodles?

It's got loads of coconut milk in it.

Must be in the fried tofu? It probably absorbs a lot of oil?

Was it yummy? It sounds nice

I didn't know coconut milk was really calorific.

It's delicious but I should have looked before I ordered. And the sodium. bloody hell.

I can't think that's right. You know people just put in the values don't you? A can of coconut milk is about 500 cals but one bowl isn't a whole can

they wil have it on their website somewhere. There will be oil in the tofu, noodles probably 300 on their own at least, coconut milk. Quite easily about 800 IMO!

I looked it up on the website and it's right.

Sorry - that nutrition tab wasn't showing on my phone. Blimey - this is one of those times when I'm glad to be a meat-eater shock The things I normally eat there are under 600 cals.

Fat has scarily high calories. You can be sailing under your MFP max and then be a bit generous with the olive oil and go flying over very easily sad

Oh well FFS - tomorrow is another day. smile
