Coming close to 14 stone due to medication, need to shift 4 of them

Anyone want to help me or join me? I've gone back onto my fitness pal as that seemed to work for me. Im signing up to a 'back to health' low impact movement class in the local area and hope this will help me gain stamina to start swimming again.
