diet pills with fluoxetine?

Hey I've been on fluoxetine 40mg for almost a year now to treat postnatal depression intrusive thoughts. I'm recovering but still on them, I was wondering if anyone is also on antidepressants but are taking diet pills? As I've just started taking raspberry ketones and garcinia cambogia pills to lose weight but want to know if its safe while on the antdepressants? I've heard different professional opinions

Oh dear...I imagine the benefits of the Fluoxetine are more important than the others. You've obviously been poorly and your continued recovery is the most important thing...The real benefits of taking the others for weight loss are probably not great...not as good as Fluoxetine is for your mood

What pills? You know most of them are a scam and are unproven don't you? At best they are a quick fix and absolutely unsustainable. Only ones that are licenced and proven to work are the ones that are on prescription.
