Went round to a friends today, whilst using their loo I saw some scales. I weighed myself for the first time in years and realised I'm slightly heavier than I ought to be. I've been playing around with bmi calculators and I'm 1.5kg overweight.. Ideally id like to lose a bit more than that so I'm comfortably in my ideal weight range. But I'm clueless about how to diet - I know its a simple equation of calories I and out but my diet and lifestyle are generally healthy and I don't want to starve myself.
