Decided 6 weeks ago (just turned 40, midlife crisis perhaps) to start a lifestyle change with healthy eating, low carb, no refined sugar, not too much fat. I am not counting calories, do a bit of exercise, and to my delight have shed 10 pounds. I don't think it is unreasonably fast, but my skin is not as elastic as it was once (although not sure if flab is skin or fat!). Would you have wise words, and best exercise plan (not too harsh) to help with this problem? Thanks.
