Does anyone remember the amazing thread by whatsgoingoneh where we discussed the virtues of shittertea and loosing 10 pounds in a day.

I'm desperate 12 7 5 foot 4 would love some companionship and a few laughs as I try to get to 10 stone by Christmas!

So today I'm attempting no carbs, plenty of water and a shitter tea. Also aiming for the awful shred as I know it works quickly

On Saturday bought said tea and forgot abouteffects had two massive cups with two bags in each. Oh dear it was awful, TMI but the smell!!

Shitters Tea is wonderful. It's called Slimtee but a more accurate name would be shitters' tea. It really is delicious as well. Drink it just before bed. First morning you'll wonder what all the fuss is about. Second morning your bowels will move very swiftly and efficiently. Third morning more swiftly and efficiently still. I was on that thread too. I really loved it. I am doing mfp at the moment but I am going to keep a close eye on this thread too because reckless crazy hilarious dieting is very close to my heart and I am also aiming to get to 10st by end December (7lb loss).

So today I have just had chicken breasts

2 breakfast
2 lunch
2 tea

No hunger pangs. Only one slimteee and feel good


Not sure whether to do the the same tomorrow.

Anyone any other ideas on how to loose 10 pound in a day?

Forgive me asking, but if this has the suggested effects, how does one carry on one's daily business? I would love to lose 10 pounds but have a very busy few weeks ahead and can't afford to spend too long on the shiter...

I remember the thread really well alongside slimtember and optober too! I lost 12kgs in less than 8wks with "the hunger games" but I regained all back, when I started eating again! I still can't face grapefruits!

I am too scared to weigh myself. I reckon I'm about 10 stone 7, based on the fact that NONE of my clothes fit me. I used to be 8 stone!!!!

The plan this weekend is to do a salt flush. I will report back later

I meant 'Salt Water Flush' (1 tbsp salt in 1 ltr water - only managed to down 750mls of the stuff) ... It's working. Maybe similar to shittertea?

It's sounds great, yet scary. If you're pooing everything out and thereby losing a few pounds, that's fab, but it's not actual weight loss, is it? You know, fat loss? Won't stop me though!

I posted here because I was trying the tea, and it certainly made a slithery difference!

I'm nearly back to pre-Xmas weight. Which is still rather overweight, but if I can carry forward the motivation that quick success on first goal is bringing perhaps I'll pull off steadier loss and be healthy weight and good shape by Easter.

(taking excess Christmas biscuits and cake to the office and letting the gannets there polish them off was probably the other thing that has made a big difference)
