I consider myself reasonably fit and I have exercised for all my adult life. I have been doing the 30 day shred exercises for ages - mixing it up with other stuff etc. But I still have to pause Level 3 after the first bit of cardio...
To those that do the 30 DS - how do you plough on without throwing up?!
