Hi,
Anyone else put on weight since they gave birth rather than losing it? I only gained about 7lbs during pregnancy but have doubled that gain in the two months since having baby
I have never been happy with my weight and have tried a lot of diets in the past but only ever seem to last for two weeks then put the weight back on (plus a bit more )
I have this great plan to lose weight by the time I get back to work in June but find myself snacking while my daughter is sleeping - I'm good at juggling eating while doing housework . Although I have always had problems losing weight this is more due to the fact that I eat big meals that are not really healthy and not because I snack in between. Being at home has given me bad habits
Can anyone think of any diet I should try or advice to lose the weight? I would love a diet buddy so if anyone is trying something new themselves it would be fun to join in.
I weigh 14stone 9lbs and am 5ft 6
