10lbs to lose in 8 weeks

Is this a realistic goal?
I have lost 4lbs so far over about 4 weeks?

I am 5'1 currently weighing 9 stone 10, my ideal goal is 8 and a half, but I would be happy with getting down to 8.12-9 for now then continuing to work towards my long term goal.

The issue I have is snacking, I don't think I eat to badly but I don't enjoy much healthy food, I find it just doesn't fill me up, I've had a look at the slimming world 7 day free menu and could manage some of that with some alterations for the parts I don't like. I work out 5 times a week, a mixture of cardio, HIIT. Weights and swimming. I also aim to do my 10,000 steps a day.

Does anyone have any ideas of healthy things I can eat that are good for fussy eaters? And is it a realistic goal? My holiday isn't until September but since I am now home from uni and settled I just want to get healthy and back to my former weight (I fluctuated between 8 and a half to about 8 12)

I'd love any success stories too and support, it is so hard for me as I just love to snack and crisps are my biggest weakness!

I would have thought 10lb in 8 weeks very realistic if you are over-weight and especially if it's at the start of your weight loss. Your current loss of 1lb per week isn't fast, but it is sensible and more likely to stay off.

Exercise is not an efficient way of creating a calorie deficit, although it's obviously necessary for your physical and mental health.
