I have the Paul McKenna app but find that when I'm busy with work, kids, house etc I don't have the time to listen to the CD/app. Plus I suffer from depression and when I get in the cycle of depression, I find myself not motivated to do anything.
Really want to break the cycle of depression and weight loss and wonder about seeing a "real" person. Anyone got any experience?
