Top tips for getting in the dieting mood - please!

I have about a stone to lose and just can't seem to get momentum. I start at the beginning of the week, but am struggling to get through the first day usually. Can you share your top tips for getting going and creating willpower?

No diet. Just mindful eating. Eat when hungry, stop when satisfied. Body led calorie control. Sustainable for life and you get to eat all the foods you love but only when truly hungry and stopping when satisfied. Takes practice but works forever.
