Hi!
I've had my second child nearly 2 years ago and still can't fit in the majority of my pre pregnancy clothes. With my 1st I just lost the weight by simply going back to work, but this time it's just not happening
Anyway, the main issue is stomach and waist as you'd expect, have you got any exercise routines you would recommend? Have any of you managed to get something resembling a pre pregnancy stomach or am I being unrealistic? Thanks
