I would add a handful of nuts to add protein :) How are you getting on with it, is it good? I am a bit jealous as i would love one!

they are so much better than a cheaper smoothie maker. I've been using spinach a fruit and it tastes lovely. I'll have to do some research and see what nuts is most nutritious x

I use 1 beetroot, 6 big or frozen strawberries ans an actimel drink with water. I need more veggie ideas I tend to use too much fruit which is not good for sugar levels.

I've got oneSmile only use it for breakfast, unsweetened almond milk, 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 tablespoons of oats, 12 almonds, blueberries and a scoop and a half of either vanilla or chocolate protein powder, keeps me going for about 10 hrs, bloke with a manual job.

I love my nutribullet!! I need some more recipes for inspiration too as I'm stuck on the same old ones.

I like spinach or kale with any fruit but more greens than fruit, sometimes cucumber or celery too, tesco sell some lovely frozen cherries which make it nice and cold and I usually put in some goji berries too.

I'd love some more oaty smoothies but worried they might be a bit claggy.

Another favourite is pineapple with mint, lime juice, spinach and coconut water, a bit like a mojito.

Would avocado work? I would think it would be quite creamy and go well with a chocolate protein powder and red fruits.

Avocado will work. Deliciously Ella has a lovely breakfast smoothie with avocado in it in her book.
This is my favourite one and I add spinach deliciouslyella.com/the-ultimate-blueberry-and-banana-breakfast-smoothie-vegan-gluten-free-dairy-free/

I love mine! If doing a breakfast one - almond milk, half banana, handful of frozen berries, tbsp oats, tbsp natural peanut butter and large handful of kale or spinach - Kale thickens it more. If doing a lunch one, will use carrots, greens of some sort, few almonds, small Apple, water and small avocado - avocados make it lovely and creamy, also a bit of ginger

I have them most days but i low carb so they are green and dont have any fruit in.

1 Avocado, frozen spinach or kale then - either cucumber or anything else green. Then i add 1 tbsp of coconut oil for fat and to keep me full. I top with water. They taste a little grass like and are an acquired taste but make me feel amazing and keep me full for ages.

They do taste better with some strawberries or apple in. They are also yummy with ginger in. I always try and add something frozen as they taste better cold.
