carnt lose weight

Hi in on this coil and iv had it in a year now iv tryed weight lost everything you can think of even the gym and nothing is working and its making me really unhappy i get called fat it puts me down and one got any ideas of what to do need to lose this weight fast in even thinking of liepo but carnt afford it some any good advice would grateful thanks
