Would people recommend Slimming World online?

I need to lose a lot of weight - basically half my body weight - somewhere in the region of 10 stone. I am struggling with this - and have struggled for most of my life.

I want to find a diet that is relatively easy to fit in with my life, and the family's life - I don't want to have to cook separately for me, and I'd prefer to be adapting things I already cook.

From the little I know about it, SW seems fairly user-friendly - but it's hard to know for sure without signing up. I could sign up online (I don't want to go to a group at the moment - I have a bit of social anxiety and can't face the thought of going to a room full of new people who might judge me).

Has anyone here used SW online - and if so, what do you think of it, please?

Google Terri-Ann 123 diet it's similar to s.w but with better results. You do it online and it's a one off fee of only £16.50 x

Slimming world has a sample 7 day menu so have a look and see if it would fit with your family.

I'm currently using my fitness pal app to count calories which is really suiting me as I eat pretty much the same but less and can make sensible decisions as I know how many calories I'm putting in my body. It's free too which I like :)
