I am ravenous. Anyone else? How do you cope calorie counting when all you want is 18 slices of toast with butter?!

Well, I've done ok today. Three meals plus a snack of Belvita breakfast biscuits. they do seem to fill you up. I do have four though!

Potentially. Having them and then a healthy dinner was definitely better than the whole pizza and bottle of red wine that I really wanted! Still a week to go so still time to fall off the wagon Wink
