I am 5'7. Was 13 stone 12 but after week one 13 stone 8.

Want to get to around 10.5 stone may be 11 so quite a bit to go.

No exercise until start of next week when DVDs arrive and hopefully snow has gone for a couple of light jogs per week. I live in the country so drive everywhere which is a pest as only getting to 8000 steps roughly a day on fit bit.

I don't like dairy.

Average per day is as follows

One slice of warburtons 50:50 toast with a snap pot of beans

2 slices of 50:50 bread with a thin smear of butter, 2 slices of ham from deli counter and a weight watchers soup.

Dinner has been chicken and bacon salad or fajitas (minus the wrap) or stir fry with a couple of spoons of boiled rice.

I am trying specifically for 3 meals a day and no snacks. Averaging 12/1300 cavalries a day according to MFP.

Upping water....need to keep trying this as I forget.

Black coffee.

Well... You lost four pounds in a week which is fantastic. If you lose your weight too quickly the process will become unsustainable and you're likely to lose motivation. It sounds like you're doing really well so far!

Should I be eating more though. So much conflicting advice on internet. Some say 1209 is not healthy and others say yes.

You shouldn't go below your BMR. Try TDEE - 20%. I think that would roughly be 1700 calories per day. Healthy and sustainable.

Losing weight quickly works and can be more motivating!

You seem to be doing fine, what are you concerned about?

Well it partly depends on how you feel. Are you feeling hungry all the time? If so, then try upping your calorie intake to 1500 a day.

You shouldn't feel faint, in a foul temper, or unable to concentrate due to hunger.
