Body shape/tone dilemma!
Before pregnancy I had a very "hourglass" figure. I put on weight when pregnant of course.
I'm doing well at losing pregnancy weight by eating sensibly and BFIng.
But ... my butt has "deflated"
....is there any exercise or way to make it round like before without putting on the weight I've lost?
Or is this it for the bum?
