Insanity 60 day

Hey,
I just wondered if anyone is doing this? Me and DP have just ordered it and waiting for it to arrive! Any advice would be appreciated!!

I loved it, having completed it last year. It was hard work but so compelling to tick off another day on the calendar.

Don't do what I did, though. Miss a day and try and catch up by doing two in one go- seriously hard and I did my back in doing it.

Also, once the 60 days were over I never went near it again.

Result? My other thread about being fat and fed up....

Honestly, I think you'll enjoy it, Sean T is lovely to look at, his commentary is helpful and wtf in equal measure. Tania is an irritating show off, esp in the fit test, but rest of the people on the dvd are all regular (albeit super fit) Joes.

I also have hip hop abs.

Come on y'all :) when you start the DVDs that'll make more sense.

Thanks for your reply! I'm hoping I'll stick at it as we are doing it together, we can motivate each other (DP is a much stricter with diet and fitness than me!)
Did you see good results? I'm determined not to miss a day, i think It'll be to easy to let it slide if i do that!
