I'm well thanks Buzzy. But not so good on the dieting front. 6 pounds up from my best and just fiddling around going up and down the same few pounds

I will Shred tomorrow. I WILL shred tomorrow. I will.

Heyyyyy! Hello you lot!
So.... 3 weeks in usa for summer isn't helpful for maintenance. Who knew?????
Have been 5:2 inn in a half arsed way since back but def half a stone needs to go.
Think the wine I have got right now is helpful yes?
Nice to see you all, how are you all doing? Bet Randall, lizzy and tea are all good as gold still!!!!

CHIEFS!!!!

Lovely to see us all together (need a Randall shout out though I think).
I haven't been around since term started but have lost weight, I would be smug about it but it's simply been manic at work..too much movement and not enough time to eat rubbish. However, I've picked up a stinking cold and have been comfort eating all day so the scales will be tipping the wrong way again.

I really need to be slim quite quickly. I have a big party in December and will not be fat for it. Think it's time to dust off the Shred, isn't it?

I do seem to do better when we have a Chiefly Thread going so let's keep posting! Must get back on mfp again as well.

Apples, I hope you shredded today? Grin

We definitely need a chiefly thread. And all the Chiefs. Wish you could tag people on here. If you could, I definitely wouldn't have eaten a large Chinese takeaway tonight. Or maltesers.

I did Sylvs, I did! Mostly because I didn't Thursday and Friday, and went out to dinner tonight so wanted to create a bit of credit. Feel a bit sick now.

If we can get slim for December I'm in.

Maltesers arent that bad though are they....unless eaten in vast quantities. They are mostly air inside as far as I can tell! Besides, sometimes you need a chocolate hit (this mindset doesn't help my weightloss I'm sure!).

I will go on mfp later and see if I can point Randall over here. I need to log my food anyhow so today seems a good day to start it up.

I'm feeling loads better today...not quite fit enough to Shred Grin

Well done on your shredding Apples, I am impressed!

Okay Chiefs, let's get this losing back on track! It's nearly October which gives us 2 months before we hit December and the start of Festive parties. Time to shed this extra poundage.

I'm with you and your pom poms Sylv - tres motivational

Went to dinner at a friend's last night and after 3 lovely courses a huge bowl of Maltesers was produced and circulated. Well, I say circulated but it largely came to rest in front of me.

You may think you're full, you may wish to limit your calorie intake but faced with a bowl of Maltesers I challenge anyone to keep to their resolve.

Today is veg curry, satsumas and walking.

My target for Christmas is 12.3. Currently 13.5 There - I've said it now.

Am currently struggling to stay awake. Boring myself preparing a presentation for tomorrow - lets hope the audience find it more exciting than I do. Had a late night and food and drink last night and just want to eat today. Have had 2 (one just didnt seem enough) kit kats. They were on offer so bought a big pack - bad plan. I just eat them.

I really, really, really need to learn how to stop snacking. I generally eat good meals and I exercise a bit but snacking is my downfall. At work and in the evenings. Any tips appreciated.

Have had an apple and soup....and some boiled sweets and a very small mouthful of cake Blush Jacket potato tonight, but at this rate I will be at work for hours and hours and hours and hours and there's a huge chocolate cake staring at me that some fucker one brought in for their birthday....
