Is this the right way forward?

This week I have finally stepped up to the plate.

Healthy breakfast, fruit as a snack and just salad, sometimes with an egg for lunch.

Proper meals at night, no junk or brown oven stuff.

Not having pudding every night, and sometimes being hungry during the day/evening without eating.

No crisps all week

Only one glass of wine in two weeks

Is this the way forward?

What's brown oven stuff. Like breaded chicken? Sausage rolls?

Sounds like a good plan. I would find one glass of wine in two weeks impossible.

You need to eat more protein and exercise and drink lots of fluid too.

Exercise.

See your gp and get an outlive if why you can can't do. Make an app with a PT at the gym .

Could you do fast paced walking, Pilates, yoga?

The ONLY thing that has shifted the stone that needed to go, was 4 times a week gym sessions and eating significantly less.

Good luck!

I'm waiting to see a cardiologist, my inability to exercise is why the weight has piled on so its only a few months worth of bad eating and no exercise

I've about a stone to lose, its bad how quickly it cones back

Hope you get some positive news about exercise from your consultant.
