Boo hoo, weighed myself at the swimming pool

and i weighed about 7lb more than the scales at home. i suppose i should concentrate on the fact that i have lost over a stone but it was a really kick in the teeth. can anyone recommend a decent set of scales?

So what is to say the ones at the gym are correct ??

they are, i weighed myself cos i had a sneaking suspicion that i was still too big for the weight i thought i was. i am tempted to just stick to the home ones!
