Raspberry ketone...has anyone tried it?

It looks like a, con, even so I'm tempted to try it.

Has anyone ordered it online? Or from a reputable shop?

Thanks.

Yes, got it free when I ordered something else. One months supply. It didn't do a thing. I started on a low carb and HIIT regime at the same time and didn't get any more weight loss than I would have thought I'd have got without taking it. I can't even say it curbed my appetite at all.

Sorry if you like the sound of them. I've lost half a stone in a month of low carb and HIIT which is about what I wanted. So try that and save your money.

What is hiit? Sorry to de-rail. Anything that keeps popping up on fb adds like raspberry ketones I always assume is a faddy con.

HIIT is high intensity interval training. I do it on a stationary bike at home. 30 seconds of MAD pedalling hard uphill then 90 seconds resting. About half a dozen times, so for about 15 minutes in total, every other day!

It takes the heart rate up and down which is meant to increase the metabolism, for up to 48 hours. I chose this because I can do it while the baby naps, I can't fit "normal" exercise in anywhere but I keep hearing good things about HIIT and like I say, I've lost half a stone.

There have been a few threads about Rasberry ketone and all say that they are a waste of money.

Thanks everyone -I thought as much.

Glad I checked with you lot!

Like the sound of HIIT, Uri. I've got an exercise bike gathering dust at my mum's. 15 minutes in short sharp blasts sounds do-able even for me. Thanks all.

Oh yes Uri, I remember watching a docu on that. Looks impressive, unfortunately not for someone like me with spinal problems. Low carbing is working well though. :)

Good luck Misfitless! Buzzard, its hard going, is there maybe something you could do with a lot of intensity that gets your heart rate right up without risking your spine further damage?

These were featured onBBC's watchdog tonight. Yes, they look like a con and there isn't any evidence that they help humans lose weigh.

Be careful if you sign up for any free trials of raspberry ketones or similar. I work in a bank and the amount of people who have had around £170 taken from their account without any warning is unreal!

Total con
